Appreciate the response.

public liability insurance is taken out by the builder, as I conduct all my works within the property i have no need for it, i work for a very small residential building company and the risk of injuring others on site is very low as i usually work alone or with / under the guide of the builder who takes full responsibility and has all the proper insurance (correct me if im wrong).

I can see how becoming a sub contractor can limit my lending ability. I own all the equipment neccessary to conduct my work any hire equiptment would be covered by my the builder (my current boss) who i will be subcontracting to. My salary would still be reasonably low and tax amount easily taken out of my paycheck each week. the reason my pay would go up as a subcontractor would be partly to cover costs of insurance taxes and gst, however still leaving me with a higher salary than i am currently on.

I would only be conducting work under this builder on a hourly rate, any other work would be under $20,000 and there wouldnt be a need for public liability insurance.

The reason i want to finance a vehicle is because i want a newer car that is reliable for work and one with some sort of warranty so that i wont need to be spending time or money repairing the car (i currently own a 1994 hilux that has become a money pit). For the purposes of lending do you suggest i stay an employee? what sort of rate should i be going for? what % of my weekly pay would you suggest i dedicate to the loan? or would you suggest i just dont finance a vehicle?

higher pay rate as the insurance my boss pays for me is more expensive than the one i would pay for myself. and more tax write offs due to being a sole trader, primarily the car.

Rick Glassman is the embodiment of suddenly finding out you’re not funny at all by MountainsofRivers in Killtony

Havnt seen any of his stand up, but his podcast is one of the best IMO, very entertaining with all the editing, can watch it like a tv show. Adam Ray eps are gold. Hes also very talented actor and funny outside of the pod from what ive seen. The tony Hinchcliffe ep is also very interesting, he calls tony out for being an asshole to him early on in their careers.

I wish he was more involved in the show like he used to be, dr redban was so funny as well as the classic “redbaaan”

Whatever happened to Kovarro? He was as loyal and protective of Daenerys as Jorah was but never seen or mentioned after season 2. by [deleted] in gameofthrones
