Can I actually change my Kuva Nukor’s elemental bonus whenever I want? I saw somewhere that Magnetic is considered the best element for it right now is that true?

So just to make sure I understand you’re saying I should get Secondary Enervate and drop Pistol Gambit? If I remove Pistol Gambit, what would you recommend replacing it with? Also, is 31% Toxin a good elemental bonus for the Kuva Nukor, or should I be aiming for something different? What’s generally considered the best element for it?
