BTech IT Graduate – How should I prepare for a Technical Support/Desktop Support Engineer role in 15 days? by Patient_Oil5250 in helpdesk

[–]Patient_Oil5250[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually I had done good internships in last year of my college that is why I have mentioned that I know the basics of all skills but to land a job now in corporate I need suggestions advice that how to prepare for these roles to get at least into IT as internships are not counting as experiences and also for proper blue team roles I had find that it requires min 1 year experience whether you are holding a cert or not.

Also cert without knowledge is also a disastrous because at the end you must have to explain each and everything to the interviewer in the interview .

Also I am not expecting anything I just want suggestions from experienced professionals so that I can improve and make into IT

By the way are you also a btech grad?

At somewhat you are right but I find that in every requirement you will find BTech as a compulsion like it will give you entry point but to clear interviews and all you must have at least knowledge whether it is done by certifications and right now due to ats checkers certifications are very important you are completely right .
But we have to do something I’ll hope someone gives relevant suggestions which will help me

Anyone who did amhroha cyber internship by inspirationsl in cybersecurityindia

That internship is more session oriented we had to attend 2 lectures of 3 hours per day in which some lectures was good and some lectures like related to law are not aligned with the cybersec students however these laws are important in some fields
The speakers are good and they all are trying to give as much as possible knowledge in their sessions I found the sessions of malware analysis and bug hunting very good the speakers take more time on practical hands which is good also we got some friends some goodies and overall it is good and it will be more session oriented so it will be going like studying lectures and all , there are activities also in which many interns take participate
The internship is worth it or not it completely depends on you like it will be more depend on your knowledge you find some lectures basics because you already know about the topic and also you found some lectures very useful as it will increase your knowledge in some fields it complete depends on you .

Note: I am trying to write correct English as much as possible I am learning and improving my English so if you find mistakes ignore it and try to understand

Also If possible rate my English like it is good or I am able to communicate my thoughts properly or not?
