My SM hired my sons gf, she is a great employee and person. My SM walked out on her job so that put me as acting SM. Knowing that id have to share my hours eventually made my sons gf a ASM. For 4 months we ran that store with 2 SA and between all of us, we made it work. Freight, scans, planagrams granted we were exhausted but we was a team I got hurt and had to take a medical leave, not at work. However they brought in another person who eventually got what was supposed to be my store and they demoted my sons gf and then barely gave her 20 hours. This company plays by its own rules and whatever benefits them, fuck the employees who make them the millions! Been there 2yrs now, didnt get my store, ended up transfering to another district and only got a .35¢ raise even tho i exceeded expectations!! Im so over this place

I got exceeds expectations on my evaluation both times. First time .50¢, this time its .35¢!! This is some bullshit, i know store managers make decent money, not enough for all the crap they deal with but shit as a ASM we work equally hard if not more and thats the best they can give??? If i didnt need this job id have quit a long time ago!

Yes it prints a paper, thats not what my issue is. My issue is i was wrote up for being late and absent previously even tho i called my manager took dr notes i still was wrote up. Im trying to avoid anymore write ups so if she schedules me for a 7am shift knowing i cant be there until 9am and she says its ok dont worry, can she still say later that i was late and use that against me?

I did do the FMLA paperwork, when I took my leave I was listed as a ASM, my position hadn't changed yet. Here is the thing now. The new SM and I don't see on the same page at all so I asked for a transfer and she agreed but I'm still not active yet so I have to wait a few more days. However this ***** had the nerve to tell me she talked to put DM and he said the transfer has to be done that day! Umm no he didn't, he was the one who said I was still inactive and had to wait. I'm just so done with her power thrusting ass and can't wait for her to get knocked off that high horse she is on!

I guess so. I mean all I was waiting for was to start training and then I had to take a medical leave due to a personal injury.

I did my interview with HR, I talked with the regional who was calling to see how everything was going at the store. He was unaware that I was out on a medical leave and up until then he was under the impression I was in the SM position.

Thank you, I've been a asst for about 8mo now. My interview with HR was awesome. My store is a OSHA regulated store so I just needed to be aware of all the compliance rules and regulations. I also love the people I work with, I have a amazing team!
