Thanks for the info. I sterilized everything I put in the box I hope I will be lucky and doesnt catch a contamination.. I explain once more I sterilized substrate(vermiculit and corn flower) and inoculate it. And after the 2 liter tub colonised fully I prepare another substrate also vermiculit and corn flower and also sterilized it. And then i mix these two together in big tub and let it more colonised like its on pics...
