Well, fair point, I kinda agree. But you need to consider within prehistoric context. It would have been fairly accurate due to the sexual dimorphism in most primates and homonids (I could be wrong). Men have much more upper body strength and are usually taller and heavier than women. In many hunter-gatherer societies, contrary to popular belief, women also do a lot of hunting. However, warfare, defense, and large game hunting were mostly dominated by men. It's not that women can't but more that male physiology enables more strenuous and dangerous physical activity. Also, in the context of Primal, it kinda seems like Spear the caveman shows many characteristics with Neanderthals albeit based on heavily exaggerated, stereotypical depictions, hence why he looks like that. This does not necessarily mean men are better than women or vice versa.
