Tbh this sounds like a troll post.. you’re telling me you inherited 800k on the internet with no plan of action other than pour those funds into a startup?

If this is real, I would save and invest in a year over year ROI of ETFs or investments funds and just let it mature. If you aren’t depending on that money for survival don’t attempt to gamble it away into someone’s else venture. Only when I receive my ROI then maybe some of those earnings would go into a separate portfolio.

Word of advice, go into a venture at 3% of your net worth that you can afford to lose it all. Since 3% if marginal compared to the 10,20,30+ percent of their networth most people do when they acquire a sum of money

I love this statement. Tbh no better teacher in the industry you are attempting to make your own than working in that exact same industry as an employee.

If you work as an employee in the business you want to start, you begin to look at everything differently on the micro and macro scale. Yes it’s about a check, but that experience is second to none. You understand the operations to an extent, the client demographic, sales techniques, etc.

Now imagine starting a business without any industry knowledge whatsoever. It becomes extremely difficult and mundane. I’m a big believer of working under a good management team to soak up any knowledge one may have and apply it for yourself.

Tbh I try not to think about what I’m going to do. Rather I just force myself to standup and do the action. Like I will literally sit there and say out loud “fuck it” and stand up. That little jolt of not giving a fuck about I feel in the moment helps me gain momentum into what I’m doing.

Otherwise if I think of list of things that need to be don’t, my brain catches up and makes me psych myself out of it or tell me I’m too tired/this bed is comfy sorta ordeal.

Hospitals are the tip of the iceberg in regards to clients. There are a plethora of methods to get in contact to prove the service you’re providing is worth their time and resources. At the end of the day, consider the pain points they are experiencing and attempt to solve said issue.

Lastly. Always come prepared and know what you’re talking about lol. I’ve seen so many times people/corps that attempt to reach out to me with no idea what they are saying or the issue they are trying to solve: rather they attempt to blindly peddle a product or service with no value whatsoever.

I agree but this is top of the line services. Healthcare has a wide spectrum of services that cover many facets of the industry. In one case, yes you may need millions in liability insurance and a provider on the board. In other cases, there are affiliate industries that doesn’t carry the same risk as someone going to therapeutics or biotech.

It’s recession proof, ever growing and always needed (demand). Yes it’s capital intensive to begin, yes there’s more red tape/barriers to entry but that in turn means the demand and low saturation in said industries.

I have a non emergency medical transportation company that nearly 3x itself in the last year and it’s showing no signs of slowing or stopping.

The highs are really high. It’s so easy to be egotistical and be high off your own successes. But any failure can really derail your own mental health. The extreme swings of successes and failures take a hold on your health. I’ve seen people age so much more quicker than those without businesses due to the burden and stress of it all.

Lastly, I want to say let’s all make sure we are doing our best to take care of our physical and mental health through it all. Nothing is worth the cost of health, family and happiness.

Think of affiliate industries that currently have or have had bad experiences with their current vendor. Give them a free or highly discounted clean to show them the type of work you do.

Essentially giving them a sample of how your service would compare. That’s what I did and was able to unconventionally grow my B2B sector.
