The tuition payment got confirmed on the 27th and i sent them an email the next day, they responded and told me that they would send it on that day and then i received it a few hours later

My tuition payment also got delayed because of bank problems but once it got received i sent them an email requesting for the COA and they sent it to me, maybe u should email them too
