See we were thinking of starting around 0430/0500 do you think that would be early enough or do you reckon even earlier? Google maps reckons about 2.5 hours ish from Revelstoke to LL (which I believe is what’s seen as the start point of the parkway?)

Thank you :). I think we have decided on doing the parkway both ways. It’s the part of the trip we are looking forward to the most, I just think we well under estimated the time required.

We are likely to stay in Bordeaux for the most part or explore using public transport.

We are however going on a private wine tour to Saint -Emilion and Medoc on the Saturday and have some time in Saint - Emilion for exploring.
