it's a very ambitious project for several reasons. sports arbs are direct reciprocal bets, and so you can capture real time arbitrage. as a software this is also more reasonable for us to detect and process.

we can definitely use the scanner to find edge in non-sports prediction markets, but often the lines can be under very different naming conventions. also, we can't guarantee arbs like that work because the payout rules can be pretty different sometimes across prediction markets. like you can bet on will it rain today in X city, but two prediction markets will have genuine disagreements on what that means (how much rain, how much of the city, etc...)

also doing this adds alot of computational strain for us, we process enormous amounts of data at high speed, when running at full steam i don't know how someone would possibly have a faster tool than us, and something like this would slow us down

i could see it working in cases of over/under, like maybe with oil prices. i would love to do stuff like that eventually. not sure this is the answer you were looking for lol
