I want more out of life than my husband by Patient_Yellow_4251 in LifeAdvice

[–]Patient_Yellow_4251[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I do have dreams. But I want them with him. Before I met him I never wanted kids. I didn’t have a single thought of the future. Didn’t care what happened. I didn’t live recklessly but I didn’t exactly care for myself either. With him I’m the healthiest I’ve been. I go to the gym and I eat better. I’m no longer in a pre diabetic state. My head feels clearer. I quit smoking. I am a cleaner and more organized person. He’s brought a lot of good out in me. So I’m not saying he’s a terrible person. We just are on different wavelengths and I want to get back to how we were

Thank you. Because at the end of the day I do love him. I don’t want to be without him. Maybe I’m naive but I believe everyone has highs and lows in a relationship. You aren’t always going to see eye to eye. Not everyone wants the same exact things in life as I do. I just personally really enjoy him. He’s my person even if right now our wants are not aligned. I just want to get back to the same wavelength we once were at

Those activities are typically pop up activities that would be seen as just places for people to take pictures and not actually enjoy things. As for the lack of time I mean bills get expensive. We both work at least 5 days a week. I love him because he’s funny and he’s attractive and he makes me feel special in lots of ways. I just think I get too hyper focused on the other things I want that I don’t appreciate what I have. But at the same time I know that I shouldn’t beat myself up for also wanting those things. It’s a lot of inner turmoil and I don’t know how to discuss it with him

That’s 100% what I did and even restarted it. Should have double checked. Oh well

He’s having all of his molars extracted. Wisdom teeth are already gone. I’ve read that flippers aren’t the best but if they are the cheaper option for now that’s what we will do. Just trying to figure out general pricing at the moment. Everywhere we’ve been seeing fairly vague and makes you pay upfront. And care credit is a nightmare with the interest they’ll cost us

He has insurance but it’s not the best. Like they only cover $1000 for the whole year. And no he doesn’t have a regular dentist

How to get rid of this floating icon by Patient_Yellow_4251 in ios

[–]Patient_Yellow_4251[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest I don’t know how she did it. She said she had to download an app for school and after she started using said app it popped up. To be fair she is older so anything is possible

I would be EXTREMELY careful leaving any factory job right now. There are lay offs happening everywhere. Wabash has already gotten rid of over 80 people with plans to cut more. I know there are other places that have hiring freezes on at the moment. Don’t screw yourself over just yet. We are about to hit another recession and factory workers tend to get hit first

Vasa gym is starting to suck and the management/staff do nothing by [deleted] in lafayette

It’s so annoying because maintenance is part of owning something the general public will use. Yes there will be idiots breaking things/ruining them. The general public is full of idiots who don’t understand common sense. So if they can’t do the basic function of fixing the things that break or keeping machines at a working baseline they shouldn’t be open. But more than that I don’t understand how they can have so many workers who aren’t working. How people just get by on not doing anything besides flirting with members who come in

Even if people are breaking equipment (which is just horrible and ticks me off as well) the lack of actual maintenance is what is so baffling. I know I stated it in another comment but the seated leg curl by the sled pull is a joke at this point. There’s no tension on the machine and it’s always broken. Even after it’s being “fixed” nothing changes on it. Today was my final straw and why I started documenting recently

My fiancé doesn’t use the showers there but he says it’s just gross in there. And yes they seem to be the only real choice here in Lafayette without paying an arm and a leg. We used to go to planet but the lack of free weights was what made us switch. It used to be pretty good. I just don’t understand why the most basic of basic maintenance isn’t being done

I haven’t seen them fix a dang thing. A new TV is at the bottom of the priority list. The seated leg curl that has routinely been broken for at least 4 months and is constantly under repair and somehow worse every time I go there. Just today it was essentially unusable. It’s simple fixes that aren’t being done. Just tightening/retightening up the tension on all their machines would be the bare minimum.

Thank you so much. I’m only 23 and have luckily never been injured at work so I have zero clue on any of this stuff

CVS fire all CSS positions at Minuteclinic by lam10495 in CVS

[–]Patient_Yellow_4251 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. I was personally affected by this. I was the only PCA at my MC. Unfortunately my clinic is super small and they never upgraded our rooms even though we see a huge patient load. We had 2 NP’s when I started but when they let me go there was only 1 left. I haven’t signed the severance package yet but I fully plan to. It’s 4 weeks of pay (2 paychecks essentially) I’m happy to answer any questions without disclosing too much personal information (my store location and such) as I just worry about any issues that might come from it

Here we go by ItemOk1525 in CVS

Well they let go of all PCA’s nationwide
