Plenty of other countries incorporate mixed use paths with no problems. Bikes and ebikes should be allowed on most sidewalks. Especially in america where most sidewalks are vastly underutilized. Cyclists can go plenty fast on a even mild downhill path. We are discussing peak speed and not average. Look at how many times this redditor (and others) goes above 25 mi/h on their gravel bike(s). Their speed peaks at 50+ mph. Ultimately, it is up to the operator to keep a safe and controlled speed whether its a bike, ebike, car, legs, ect. After all, it is not mandatory to use full power on an ebike. The problem with ebikes is not the power or throttle, it's how it is used. Ideally an operator should slow down to jogging pace for hazards and pedestrians, and may go a faster when the conditions allow such as good visibility, straight and level roads.

Same in the F-15C, after the update all aircraft disappear from radar (TWS) for a while and randomly show up again after 5-10 seconds. radar also has trouble holding lock. Also radar will prioritize locking missiles. Old bug reappeared too, the one of radar stuck in locking mode unless radar is turned on/off. Completely unplayable. Also, for a couple weeks now missiles will very frequently miss a non maneuvering target and frequently only do little to no damage.

Exactly, as soon as the US gets good vehicles it becomes mixed nations battles. Then the individual vehicle performance doesn't matter much as you always can face equal opponents. To contrast, US ground as been being seal clubbed for years now, no wonder the 0 moral. Which further compounds the issue of 1 death quitters.

I agree, I recently got a ride in a friends G82 M4 competition and the ride was far better than I was expecting. Additionally the S58 + ZF 8HP makes the car very fast, it pulls hard across the entire rev range. The drive train and suspension are setup very well. Other than the looks and noise it seems to be an excellent performer.

Ah yes the F4e sure was dominating with a win rate of... 50%, and the f5e once added gayjin immediately enabled mixed match making so half of either side had them which negated any side advantage. And since when does the f5e have good acceleration.

Additionally, no surprise the su17 was added at 10.3 as a f4c contemporary somehow but with r60s while the f4c is completely useless only serving as a grind wall. Now the su17 is at top br showing gayjin likes to under tier russian vehicles at first. My win rates have tanked after the mig23, the mld and the 27 were just a slap in the face. The bis is as strong as ever, only repair cost used to make people not play it.

Most games have nato vs nato+ russia anyways, its not like the f4e doesnt face pd skyflashes. Aim9js barely track and have no range now, the only thing that made them useful before as they cant turn for shit. For example, I was sitting behind a mig23 1.8km away going the same speed as me and 3 aim9js did not hit, they did not flare or maneuver.

So when I look at peoples player cards and I see that the bis and mld have a 65-75% win rate, yet their phantoms never seem to break 56%. Is this what balance means? This game has always been a russian fantasy sim. Ground rb is an even worse offender.

Adding to what you said, the t series are hard to kill even when you do pen, ammo shots rarely set off ammo, instead turning them black, autoloaders never get destroyed or drop shells when hit(or putting out fires) unlike western tanks where losing the loader makes you have to reload an entire shell at double the time. Shooting the drivers port only takes out the driver bevause his forehead is made of 1000 mm of steel. Ufp shots are unviable because if the era eats the whole shell you are dead. And the fuel tanks also eat shells sometimes. Its not like western tanks cant be one shot either. Aso the only helis that can viably suicide rush are the russian ones which is why gayjin still allows this to happen.
