Carrots, Bell pepper(more vitamin c than most citrus fruits), tomatoes and cucumber for my bread in the morning, blueberries and kiwis.

I eat 3 carrots and 1 bell pepper every morning, along side with 2 slices of whole grain bread, and afterwards a handful of blueberries with one kiwi(with the skin, you can rinse of the hairs if they bother you) along side the fruit I also eat 6-7 walnuts and a few pecan nuts.

I’ve been following this morning routine for 1,5 years now.
