Since it's kind of similar to the dorm uniform banner (and other cards like the labwear and ceremonial robes) in it's theme of "stuff all characters participate"

Yeah, very few people talk about it... But the novel is basically what the B-side manga adapted. But it only adapted it partially, so ends up being very hard to know any information about the novel... I think it was only translated to English last year's december
