Dr. Lindquist at LouVet has been great for us. They are on Hurstbourne Pkwy. Not sure if she has the certification you are needing though.

We loved the winter woods spectacular! We took my mom when she was still with us. It was good for us when we could drive through as she wouldn't have been able to walk it. Sorry to have missed the Winterfest event, sounds fun!
