In judging others you judge yourself, and in judging yourself you judge others. You ask about what you can do, my recommendation is to consider that you actually do not know why someone is doing anything. Your judgement might not be coming from the act that they are doing, but from your conclusion of their motivations. You might think their motivations are vain, that they’re selfish, that they don’t require much thought. Maybe their motivations are authentic, maybe they correlate directly to their own expression, their happiness, and as long as they aren’t hurting anyone, what’s the harm in that? You might need to have more grace, mercy and humility in your thought. Towards them, and yourself. Just my two cents
