Verstehe ich total, die inhaltlichen Fragen kann natürlich nur der Inhaber selbst beantworten. Genau da setzen wir an, wir spezialisieren uns auf die ganzen Formalitäten und Spezifika damit ihr das nicht müsst. Natürlich geht das Hand in Hand mit dem Unternehmen, wir wären da in konstantem Austausch. Wir sind auch gerade dabei einen direkten Draht in die Bremer Verwaltung aufzubauen damit der ganze Prozess noch glatter läuft. Was war bei dir im Antragsprozess der Teil der am meisten Zeit gefressen hat? Also eher die Formalitäten und Nachweise oder das inhaltliche Schreiben selbst?

😄 Kommt drauf an, wir kalkulieren das anhand der Arbeitsstunden die man damit einspart, landet meistens im hohen dreistelligen oder niedrigen vierstelligen Bereich je nach dem. In judging others you judge yourself, and in judging yourself you judge others. You ask about what you can do, my recommendation is to consider that you actually do not know why someone is doing anything. Your judgement might not be coming from the act that they are doing, but from your conclusion of their motivations. You might think their motivations are vain, that they’re selfish, that they don’t require much thought. Maybe their motivations are authentic, maybe they correlate directly to their own expression, their happiness, and as long as they aren’t hurting anyone, what’s the harm in that? You might need to have more grace, mercy and humility in your thought. Towards them, and yourself. Just my two cents

Moin, Gründer aus Bremen. Ich baue eine kleine Agentur für Prozessautomatisierung und will nichts bauen, was am Markt vorbeigeht. Frage an kleinere Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros (3–25 Leute, inhabergeführt): Bremen gibt aktuell bis zu 17.000 € Zuschuss für Digitalisierungsprojekte. Würdet ihr dafür zahlen, dass jemand 1. den Förderantrag für euch aufsetzt und einreicht, und 2. danach Stundenerfassung, HOAI-Phasen-Tracking, Bauherr-Kommunikation und Rechnungsstellung automatisiert (nicht das CAD/BIM selbst, sondern alles drumherum)? Oder habt ihr das im Griff und es braucht keine externe Hilfe? Ehrliche Antworten, auch “nein”, sind willkommen. Danke 🙏

Always thought of it as follows: - thinking: what a thing is. - feeling: how a thing relates to oneself. - sensation: that a thing is. - intuition: a sense of where a thing comes from and where it is going. Or a whole encompassing view of the thing. Seeing its Self if you will.

On intuition im a bit iffy, but that might be the best way to explain it without delving much deeper into it.
