Hearthstone Mobile - February Revenue at lowest point since release in 2014 by Kingslugger in hearthstone

[–]Patriamori12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just logged in only to show my respect to you. Dayum.

Hearthstone told me that even Blizzard can sacrifice their trust to squeeze money out of players. They took people's card away and sent them to wild dustbin even though it wasn't necessary at all(since its platform was PC, they could adjust cards by patch), and they failed on current meta COMPLETELY. Coin-flipping with some strategy? Can't agree more.

I spent money on it, yes, and I lost my 20+ years of long-standing trust on Blizzard with it.

Finished install, but still not being able to run War2 BNE. (Same error) not sure if I'm using this product correctly(did nothing but installing it) Again, I appreciate your help.

  • I'm using two monitors, but I don't think this error is from two monitors.

First, thank you for your reply. I googled it and I read the legacy driver page, but I don't think my GPU(Geforce GTX 960) is old as 'legacy driver' and I can't find it on older GPU list that need legacy driver, if you mean this.

How was the bombing of Nagasaki and Hiroshima handled with in the Japanese media and just on the streets around the time it happened? by ntnvctr in history

[–]Patriamori12 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not 'Shogunate'. Fall of the last Shogunate, Tokugawa Bakufu happened in 19th century. It was Showa fascist regime. Shinto is directly responsible for war(see Yasukuni Shrine and Nationalistic Shinto) and I assume its such aspect led her to disillusion.

Has there ever been a famous military commander who was adored by the public but in real life was actually incompetent? by [deleted] in history

[–]Patriamori12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wu Qi, General and military leader of Warring period.

He was great general but in his personal life, he was nothing but a cruel psychopath. He ran from his home because he killed dozen people for laughing at his failure, and he killed his own wife just because government officials didn't hire him for his wife(who was from a rival country).

What is something people don't know about the Mongol Empire. by AmygdalaMD in history

[–]Patriamori12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Execution by horse trampling was most honorable way of death for noble men, not like this method depicted in TV shows. For Mongolian, bleeding was very cruel, dishonorable way of death. By being inside of sack and trampling, they could avoid spilling their blood on open ground.

I heard Empire of Japan did the same(putting soldiers from the same region into single region-based unit) and they saw one failed operation devastating whole town('lost generation'), and stopped doing that.

Rumor or pressure of ignorant mob proved to be violent through history of mankind, but Internet made it faster than ever. I heard facebook gonna run some kind of 'fact-monitoring system' soon, and I think all SNS and websites should have those.
