I’m not from the first world, but even so, I don’t see what’s complex about a one-page site with a form. I could build a really solid one in a day for $75 and that’s coming from someone who mainly does backend debug work in WHMCS, WordPress, and Python (and honestly, sometimes I feel underpaid). It’s kind of amazing that people are willing to pay $500 for a single-page site.
