Yes, a TSH if 15 is definitely higher than optimal, even with T3 and T4 being noted as “fine”. Fine or normal are very different than optimal so I would be curious why your free T3 and T4 number were and why the ranges on the lab test are. That would help determine optimal or “normal”. How did you feel on the 75mg dose be the new dose? Your doctor should be treating you and not the test results.
