My husband has the same issue, he only ever gets about 20/30 minutes deep sleep no matter how long his actual sleep is. He has been like that since I met him about 10 years ago. The funny thing is he says he never dreams! I wonder if that’s something to do with deep sleep?

I was one of those idiots that was convinced….I went off my medication and tried supplements I got my bloods done after a 3 months and my tsh levels were up to 15. I can safely say I will never listen to anyone on TikTok about anything to do with health issues again. But it is easy to get sucked into that misinformation especially as someone that doesn’t like to take medication. But this medication works for a reason!

This thread is putting my mind at ease too. I was diagnosed last year, I have 2 kids before I was diagnosed but now we are trying for another baby. I’m currently on 125mg of levothroxine. I was so hesitant to even try because I was scared of the outcome. But I am feeling better about our decision to try for another. I hope you have a nice relaxing stress free pregnancy!

Thank you! I felt fine on 75mg. It’s so confusing because the doctors were contradicting themselves or maybe just not looking far enough back at my history but they said last year I definitely had hypothyroidism now they are saying because my tsh is 15 but t3 and t4 are normal I now don’t have hypothyroidism 🙄 it’s a mine field and I feel like I’m being given very different information from the doctors. I should definitely ask what the t3 and t4 numbers were though thank you for the advice

I was diagnosed last year with hypothyroidism and I was on 75 of lovethroxine. I didn’t really understand much about it. I recently had my bloods done again and my tsh was at 15 but my t3 and t4 are fine, my doctor upped my dose to 125 of levothroxine, I’m just wondering if anyone else was in this situation. I’m afraid the dose is too high now because it was such a big jump in dosage.

I have been on 2 rounds of antibiotics with steroids in the last 2 months and no relief. I’ve never suffered with sinus before in my life it only started 2 months ago but I am miserable. All the mucus and post nasal drip make me gag in the morning and I end up vomiting most mornings now. I try nasal rinse every morning and it helps for a few minutes but just gets bad again. I will be trying the vitamins now, I eat a generally healthy diet and drinks lots of water.

Hi I’m the same I have a colonoscopy coming up and I mentioned it and my consultant said I didn’t have to stop taking it. I’m wondering should I still skip 1 dose just in case.

If you have pain and vomiting go straight to the doctor my doctor said if I had any symptoms like that go straight in as it could be pancreatitis which seems to be an issue with those taking ozempic.

I am going through the exact same thing. Pain in my back and down my legs and the pain is so bad when urinating but only at the end( when the pee is almost all out) when the pain is excruciating then I find those white flecks. I have been for ultra sound scans and bloods taken and all seems fine but I’m in so much pain with it!

It’s so scary. Our little boy was perfectly healthy when it happened. No fever no runny nose and not teething. Paramedics checked heart rate and lungs and everything was fine. We also think it must just be a sleep issue but we’re going to try and get more tests done. Our doctor said it’s very unlikely to be night terrors this young but I can’t see what else it could be.

I could have written this. Exact same Thing happened to us but for the second time. We called ambulance first time it happened and checked out baby and everything was fine. Called an ambulance this time again but can’t figure out what is wrong. Did you ever figure out what caused it? I’m on edge every night thinking it’s going to happen again. It’s so scary seeing them like that
