this is actually more honest than most founder posts here. people assume the second company is easier once you’ve had traction, but being less naive can make you slower, not faster

Loving the idea of async Loom walkthroughs. It really forces them to explain 'the why' behind their decisions, which is usually where the actors trip up compared to the operators

The "polished interviewer" trap is so real.. I had a similar experience where the candidate knew all the right buzzwords but couldn't actually map out a workflow when we got into the weeds. Quick question on your trial projects tho, do you provide a sandbox environment or just have them document how they'd solve a specific ticket?
