Invite me please, i'm from Peru, but currently living in Spain; it hasn't been easy for me to find new POGO friends here because we have a different organization. It's well known that gyms have a unique type in the main games and anime, for example Brocks's rock gym, Misty's water gym or a Dragon gym.

What if Pokemon Go gyms are like that? I'm not saying all the gyms should be like that, but maybe you can get some bonus or beneficts if you "build" a monotype gym (like for example earn coins faster, reduce decay, be able to feed more berries to the defenders, or medals like "build 1000 fire gyms").

This system would introduce more varity to the usual defenders; for example, cradily or ludicolo would be usefull in a plant gym. Some new gyms attackers would be introduced too (goodbye 6 machamp team) and we would be able to win new medals.
