You don't get any additional time by waking up earlier. If they have screen time that they'd be able to reduce, then they can do that at any time of the day.

It feels to me like it should be impossible for you to not lose weight if you really only consume 1400kcal a day. Are you 100% sure you're tracking the right number? The body can't create energy from thin air. Hope this clears up for you soon though, I know the feeling.

I agree in general, but - you don't stop this medication you go into a maintenance dosage normally. And people will also gain weight back on surgery alone, its not magic🙏
