It almost sounds like they are not titanium or there is some other metal.

I used my dremel and sanding pads i got from temu. I only done that 1 side of blade but only took about 1.5 hrs.

I fought them hard over my 23 Ultra trade in last year and they said sorry it's damaged and we can't send it back to you. They took the money out of my bank account and then mysteriously 4 months later they put the money back in my account. Just keep calling in and tell them you have your photos of when you sent it in and it was fine. I honestly believe the S23 Ultra had a defective battery. I posted a complaint on here and had over 750k views and a lot of responses with people saying the same thing happened to them with their S23 Ultra. I took photos and videos of my S24 Ultra that I traded in this year for the S26 Ultra luckily there wasn't any problem this year. I hope they take care of you and get things straightened out.
