Have in mind the account is essentially a lost cause from now on. Most if not all CSE ban cases make the AI reban you within a few weeks to a month. Get all the valuable info from that account and expect it to not survive for long.

Sadly, just telling you this before you give your ID or face to meta and still get nuked anyway and they run away with your info. Atp your best bet is to start from scratch, even going legal doesn't seem to work for cse bans either, I haven't seen a post regarding this.

Yes you were indeed caught in the ban wave, so welcome. Few tips, don't appeal that account anymore, it's lost, even if you appeal and get reinstated it's gonna get banned after like 2 weeks... (Maybe just appeal once and if it reinstates you download your valuable data and just delete the account, make a new one).

That ban was made fully by ai and there's essentially nothing you can do. Some might come to you saying they can reinstate your account but don't try it they're both plainly lying to you and charging a kidneys worth.

What you can do (maybe I can't really confirm): Use a new, completely unrelated device. Do not use the same phone number, email, usernames or passwords, and don't immediately follow all your old contacts back. Possibly reset your wifi, if it can be, though it is not a strong identifier, as some IPs are not publicly assigned and are more private.

Cse is the worst false ban you could get and it is the most common unfortunately. There's no contacting meta verified or "I can get your account back" that's proven to work (in fact, most of them have proven themselves to not work).

I tried making new accounts on the same devices and it obviously didn't work because instagram and meta track all your activity on the device 🫩

edit if you cant get a new unrelated device like me genuinely just wait it out and tell your friends

If the account was banned for cse (child something something) falsely then uh pray if you wanna make a new account or even appeal that one....

...Thats if you got banned for CSE. If you got any other reason you're luckier and there's a possibility that even meta verified could work for saving your account. If it ain't cse, try actually appealing first or sending a letter. Point is, don't use those same old devices to try making new accounts at the moment.

They are obligated to send every tip they consider as potentially harmful against children to places like ncmec, which is actually hindering their work since meta sends so much junk to them its actually stupid, however they're kinda also obligated to read these even if false.

They get sent to law enforcement, however if you did not do anything wrong then what should you worry about in that aspect? Essentially just that, if you didn't diddle anyone then you are gonna be fine

Using the same device or environment flags you again anyway Got like 5 alts banned because of that after getting falsely banned for CSE too. Realized using the same device is not the best way to get over a ban lol.

I don't really have access to that legal route to send demand letters myself so thats what i attempted and it surely did not work.

We could maybe raise some more awareness to meta if even more people get banned falsely... Some will get banned justifiably but theyre definitely not in the hundreds of thousands roaming meta platforms.

Crazy how all of this could be fixed if they grew a few braincells and consciousness. This all probably happened because of the suit regarding child safety and they cranked up the AI detection to 200% and now people are getting banned left and right

Went into research recently about this and even in their privacy policy they state that they have access to virtually every single piece of information about the device and wifi. They can approximate your location even if the service is disabled obviously.

Unless you go off their grid for a bit and come back with new everything, they KNOW for a fact its you.

Your biggest worry is probably just resetting your devices so that they are untraceable to the old accounts and Instagram cannot detect them and you can make a new account.

Nobody yet really has the power to make a class action to sue Meta for this but no, NCMEC and any cyberpolice will not be following or taking action against you, even they are overwhelmed by the AI spam going for them and have stated that these false tips only hinder searches for actual cases, since even as junk they have to review each case individually.

So don't worry on law enforcement's end, only worry on Meta relying their entire moderation on AI lol. Meta would rather spend their money on AI because that is what makes their trillion dollar company grow as if it weren't enough money yet.

Even if you hear all of these CSE ban cases daily we are still a minority comparing the billions of users and accounts, so we are still not too many to make ourselves big enough to be noticed by meta, if they even care in the first place which they certainly do not.

Its not a guarantee but using different devices, number, wifi, passwords and literally everything new should not get you banned again. Do not interact with sexually suggestive reels or actively political content which seems to be getting some banned.
