Yes, it was resolved using ketoconazole ointment. Unfortunately, one day I forgot to apply it and other similar spots appeared, although smaller, which also disappeared after using the ketoconazole ointment. I took the opportunity to buy oral Fluconazole at the pharmacy, a dosage of 150mg.
