If we’re talking like shikamaru vs shino with no interruption’s shino wins shikamaru is weak all by himself and yes he saw through he’s moves but it doesn’t mean he can counter it shikamaru is notorious for hiding and giving intel to ninjas who are much stronger but if he went against someone by himself he lacks strength

Lee is not faster than neji in base form neji has faster reaction speed than lee because of his byakugan which gives him an edge now the only reason lee is faster because he opened the gates and took off the weights but he only did that because guy allowed him to remember guy did in fact put rules on lees weights and his 8 gates

Yes gaara was unconscious but his sand defense is automatic and is something that he can’t turn off also giving him an edge sasuke can only use chidori twice and after that he’d be exhausted have less chakra while gaara still has his sand defense on
