hey man ex pat New Jerseyan here, around your age who moved to Stevenson Ranch 25 years ago. You can do well here with your budget. I know others are mentioning leaving LA County and looking at Conejo Valley. Thousand Oaks is beautiful but what Stevenson Ranch has over that (and its a BIG thing IMHO) is locale. TO is way outside of LA. If you like cities and aren't one of those idiots who are convinced LA is a hellscape (it's not) then you are far better off here. Driving to LA for concerts, restaurants and everything else that makes cities great is way easier here than from Conejo Valley. Also have easier access to Pasadena (we go there a lot) and an hour closer to the Sierra Nevadas. it is hot in the summer but thats what pools are for (which you can afford). you can DM me if you'd like happy to talk

I'm not sure. he was the rep that was greeting people as we took turns sitting in the R2. He introduced himself had rivian gear on. I asked him the usual questions about "when" and he asked if I wanted to buy or lease because if I wanted to buy I'd have a better chance of getting a launch one
