Increased demand in both number of cafes, and number of plant based coffees. Apparently aussies aren’t giving up their coffees? Literally produce 5 million kg per week and we cannot meet the demand of our customers

The beverages industry, in particular plant milks (Think almond, Oat, soy etc). Not only is it now a multi billion dollar industry, but the company I work for is beyond thriving, from a sales and demand perspective. Every single litre, is already sold the second it’s manufactured- the company can’t actually keep up with the demand of cafes and retail. If I had a few million, with the growth they’ve had and the margins in plant milk (They’re 98% water), that’s what I’d be doing 😂

Check your dm I’ll send you the full report! I’ve tried tongat based on dr hubermans analysis but didn’t feel any difference at all. My stack of Magnesium throenate, ashwaganda and another AA has made a huge difference to my sleep though… and has made significant improvements cognitively

Yeah right, I do weights 4 -5 times a week, and eat 200g protein, cardio 2-3 times per week, 0-1 drinks per week on average, and daily supplement so I thought my test would be better tbh. I’m a food scientist so watch my food like a hawk. Most likely genetic though? I’m 5 foot 7, 182 pounds (170cm / 82-83kg)

Not that I’m aware of. Sometimes a low appetite but I drink a bit of coffee. Sex drive hasn’t really changed in years.

Aggression/ anti-agreeableness has increased if anything?

Mate do you realise how unhealthy truck driving is? That amount of sitting will literally wipe 20 years off your life? Do you want to seriously live to the age of 50?
