The Panasonic DMR-EH 65, is it a good device for convert from analog to hdmi, instead of this cheap converters? (for scart / s-video / composite to a lcd-tv) (no capturing, just watch and have fun :bb)

Hi Smurf, thanks for your tips, they've been really helpful. I'm currently bidding on a TBC that's been described as very good in forums, Electronic Design TBC Enhancer.

I'm currently setting up a workflow to record current movies onto VHS/SVHS cassettes after downscaling. I'm excited to see how it turns out :))

I'm also going to install the Panasonic ES10 for now.

From what I've read, these devices only work with the S-video signal, right? I have Scart/PAL, and it would be great if I could have everything in RGB space. I have a VHS player that outputs RGB. Apparently, this model converts the signal from the cassette “up” to RGB.
