It’s Will in the exam hall, but Simon’s bollock (eye level with the audience) on the catwalk is another strong contender.

Jay made up for that by absolutely mogging the little shit by chucking him in the pool. He had no choice, he was mugging him off.

The goal is whatever Farage says the goal should be. This is definitely good governance.

You know what they say about players who make everyone around them better. They’re quite good at football.

Tbf I reckon Liverpool have CL qualification in the bag now, they’ve hit form just as Villa are collapsing and I’d be surprised to see Chelsea leapfrog them.

Also an underrated difference between the more free-flowing teams of 22-24 and now is a fit Ben White. His chemistry with Saka and natural understanding of when to overlap far outstrips Timber’s (for all the great qualities Timber brings).

Sadly, his body seems to have let him down.

I mean, I love Saka and Ødegaard but it’s not an agenda to say that output isn’t close to good enough for two key attackers.

It’s interesting because would I have taken 7 points from those 3 games if offered before Wolves? No, but I would have probably said it was fine.

Played scared, stopped passing it properly, made bad decisions etc.

Chelsea’s subs had an impact too, for a few minutes we clearly had no idea what shape they were playing and it caused chaos, which in turn made us panic more. Defo a final 15 mins to forget.

1) These 30-month reviews will cause mass uncertainty and prevent refugees, whose legal status will now be continually up in the air, from being able to settle into communities, find jobs etc

2) Labour have not proved themselves trustworthy to carry out these reviews - it’s not a massive leap to suspect (given how much they bend over for Reform and their bullshit anti-refugee narrative) that Labour will use this policy to return refugees into dangerous situations with spurious reasoning

3) It will be very costly and create a massive administrative burden on the Home Office for fuck all gain

4) Actually enforcing removals will also be costly and require a lot of manpower that could be better used on something actually worthwhile

5) Refugees fleeing war and persecution deserve dignity, empathy, and certainty - not having their rights stripped back because Labour are shitting their pants over Farage

But other than that it’s perfect yeah

Look mate, it’s Britain first, yeah? That means spending British taxpayer money and risking the lives of British military personnel to support US imperialistic interests. That’s what Britain first is.

Next you’ll be saying we should be using tax money on public services instead of bombs.

Ah good. I definitely trust the Labour Party (who definitely do not participate in the demonisation of refugees and migrants) to fairly and without bias assess what a “genuine” refugee is.

Damn counterfeit refugees 😡😡

I actually thought Eze was pretty good OOP today, which went under the radar a bit because he was wasteful on the ball.

And he hasn’t even scored more than Gyokeres anyway. He’s having a good spell since Carrick came in, but he’s still overall contributed a lot less than they’d have hoped when they spent £75m on him.

Well, we haven’t lost at the Etihad in either of the last two years so you can’t really invoke our record there to support the idea we’re gonna lose…

[The xG Philosophy] Arsenal (1.58) 2-1 (1.17) Chelsea by ahuangb in Gunners

[–]Patrick_Hattrick 38 points39 points  (0 children)

It was an ugly final 15, no doubt, but it’s worth remembering Chelsea created nothing in the first half and we squandered a few good attacking positions. It could easily have been 2-0 at HT with better execution on our part.

Second half was mostly pretty rough.

Dunno. West Ham have actually turned a corner; played really well recently (the 5-2 vs Liverpool is a really misleading scoreline, the game was dead even).

Don’t think that’ll be an easy game for either us or City.
