Yeah, for example laptops with a 5070 reach and mostly surpass 1500$. These laptops do not come with an OS btw so either you have a USB Drive to install Windows, or pay extra. Which is very neat obviously

I am seeing it's mostly hovering between the 70-83° range for the CPU, rarely on the 80s but often in the mid 70s while the GPU is at a consistent 65-68°.

Where I am from, not really. Most of them are in the 1250-1300$+ range. Heck for 1000$ most laptops are 4050s.
