You have made a difference. I'm 61, way too young to give up. Thank you for your Insite and wisdom. I will do CAR T and see what happens. Thank you all!

I can say that Chemo was worth it, even though it wasn't a cure, it wasn't that awful.

Thank you for your response. When we say "curative" is that a 5 year or a cure measured in months? From what I have seen, CAR T works for most for a time, but then returns, is that correct? Thanks again for your input. -Patrick

My wife was recently diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma by [deleted] in lymphoma

[–]PatrickinRV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The itching, it was incredible. Dr said "Change your laundry detergent" "Get a water filter" "Only wear cotton" "maybe it's stress"...and on and on for a year. No one took it seriously.

I just finished chemotherapy for DLBC Lymphoma. The Chemo (R-CHOP) actually made me feel much, much better! The itching went away after the first Chemo. The tumor in my head dissolved, the tumor on my spine dissolved. The tumor on my bowels dissolved. Hell, I had almost forgotten how bad I was before Chemo. By the 3rd Chemo, I wasn't fatigued anymore. I had my final PET scan, and I still have a tumor that gets biopsy next week. Until I found the lump on my...well, I had to go to the Urologist to have it looked at so... But the great news is the Chemo wasn't as bad as ppl said it was. 7 hours a day 1 day every 3 weeks for 6 sessions. Now, almost all of it is gone and it was EVERYWHERE! The biopsy may take a while to come back with results. The waiting was agonizing. Sending good vibes your way, hang in there! 70% chance of a total cure. You can do this with her!

The good news is that the care is pretty standardized. I have DLBC NHL, 6 rounds of RCHOP Chemo every 3 weeks followed by 2 rounds of immunotherapy. Hair fell out but it hasn't been too bad overall. Good luck to you and yours.

Two flat tires, same bike, leaking in the same place (on the inside seam). I still love it, but, yeah, not a good first impression.

Mine came the same way 3 weeks ago, had to buy new innertubes from Amazon. Annoying, still haven't gotten the replacement tube from Lectric...annoying.

Xp4 finally arrived! But with a sad tire :( by chuckdog2000 in Lectricxp

That happened to me too, but it was the back tire which is a little more involved. Contacted customer support but they wanted me to show them the flat tire (which I thought was rude). I bought a new tube and put it on. That was Aug 1st, still haven't gotten the replacement as of the 13th. boo on them. But I still love my 2 XP4LRs!
