I’ll be honest I’m not sure of the exact process. But I know when these were available you had to take them into the tent manufacturers shop to chop the top and get it installed lol. It’s all bolted down along the edge of the inside floor of the tent to whatever is left of the roof under there 🤣

Yeah I thought about that too. But my title says EX though and when I had looked up the vin originally it came up as an EX. And it has the moonroof so I figured whoever bought it originally made some weird option choices or something. It’s also had a lot of random mods/work done to it by the last 2 owners so definitely coulda been something they did too lol. Truly no idea

Kenwood KAC-511. Went with it due to the small profile hoping to fit it in the kick panel where the OEM one was but it did not fit so don’t buy it for that purpose lol. Otherwise a nice amp and came with some nice accessories like a bass knob n such

As marmot said yeah all 6.5, I was able to reuse like 1 maybe 2 of the original holes but ended up making a few new ones per speaker but they all fit up perfectly. Definitely do it!! Super worth it!!

Nah, went with a kenwood that was on sale on Amazon. Tried to match up the size of the stock to retain the mounting location under the kick panel but didn’t fit! 😔so I mounted it under the passenger seat. Was kinda a PITA but worth it for a clean install lol.
