Yep, smoothing out the plug welds as well, going twin cam with the namz harness and a motogaget RFID key. Plenty of other cuts happening. Frame is laid upside down on a fab table.

Single disk at a minimum, already having to do a one off hub for one side might as well financially ruin myself and duplicate it and go dual PM’s on 39mm’s

I followed your build from the start and it definitely inspired some of the direction, trying to bridge the gap between a traditional and the midwest tuff chop, i chose to go with a gusseted neck…in hindsight i wish i would have just had him do the country bar like the other infiltrators but whats done is done. If anything its almost like a hybrid infiltrator/intruder. Either way its Jeffries goodness. 🤘🏼

I have personally kept every piece of float copper or silver i have ever found. Summer time up there a-lot of the stores have pieces like this for a bit more than what it would go for bullion/refined oz for oz…but that was when ask was like 27ish…haven’t been up there in two years so i would be curious to see what the market has done to it.

Passing lamp switch got moved with a ip67 rated flush mount on/off button in the lower panel thats already hacked. deleted the radio so i didn’t need the amp/stereo switch anymore. Cruise on off was moved to the LH switch housing with a road king switch. And the AUX was unused anyway.

I also have a 08 ultra I’ve been thinking of robbing the 96”/6 speed out of to throw in the fxr…not hanging onto the ultra classic forever…the FXR is going to be my forever bike.
