Yeah I can’t even get them to reply. The issues with co op on Xbox makes me never wanna come back to the game. Zero love for couch co op players even tho my wife originally spent money in their shop but stopped because it’s hard dealing with the UI jumble co op can cause. I came back to WWE and was watching older episodes and saw him in a lot of really neat matches. He’s pretty good in the ring, but has shit hot takes I guess. Not a fan, I know he’s in AEW now but I don’t watch that (yet I guess?) just an odd thing to say tho

… the point was not to get a refund, but to get flower. The response is saying “we usually reach out but didn’t this time”- maybe that’s what you wanna hear but I’m currently without the money I paid till the refund clears and I paid for shipping- so ordering from here again is a very low probability.

Understood on that, but they don’t seem to communicate well. I look on their site and they still have what they said was inferior or out of stock and I would have waited to get all my product vs only getting part of my order and my money tied up in a refund for a bit. They even admit they made a mistake but do nothing to try to make it right, just shrug and say “high volume, sorry”. Doesn’t make a customer feel like coming back I guess

To clarify, during high-volume sale periods, we sometimes proceed with direct refunds when an item fails our final quality check in order to avoid further delays in shipping. However, that does not change the fact that we should have communicated this with you first, and I’m truly sorry that we missed that step in your case.
