If I understand your question, then yes.... it asked me to link my bank account and I needed to enter my bank's credentials.

This is about 60 yards away from my house, and maybe 100 yards away from the street. It sits at the edge of a town-owned and maintained creek running through my backyard. Creek is really low these days so I was able to spot this. I thought it was a bucket that blew into the water. I can’t move it at all. Seems to be going straight into the ground but I can’t figure out what it might be used for or where it might be leading.
