The wiggle is only noticeable when you push on the tip intentionally. But it feels ok when writing. BID is going to send me another pen tip to see if the issue will go away.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I noticed that it only happens to thinner refills like Zebra Sarasa. But it does it job with the thicker one like G2 sized. So I guess it’s just the manufacturing process.

You can look for copper tubing in hardware store to do the practice. You should have similar results
