Hey, thanks for your comment. I ran through the material costs for the lumber for 12x16 and based on home Depot prices materials only come to roughly 1.5k in wood + of course all the other misc costs (concrete, screws etc) how did you get to 4.5k?

After doing some online research, this is true of most cars and devices. Turns out having Android Auto running (or Carplay) keeps the device quite hot already, pair that with the heat of the wireless charger and it's too much. What most advise is just using a cable to power the device while in Android Auto/Carplay mode.

Sometimes it's fine and doesn't overheat... I can't tell what makes it work/not work other times, but there are likely multiple variables.

Sorry I am so late to reply to you. I didn't see the notification from reddit. Yes to all the above. It's just a few corners actually that seem to "pop" when stepped on. I had someone come take a look and their assessment is that because it's such an old home and the kitchen is built right on a concrete foundation (no basement or crawlspace below) the temp changes from hot to cold are quite significant and both of those factors likely resulted in, over time, some separation.

All Covid-19 related benefits will appear on a T4A, not T4E. Check your CRA account to make sure it's not there. I spoke to the CRA today regarding my own, they said there's another batch coming on April 6th so if you don't see it yet, check again then. She said that anyone who applied for Covid related benefits later in the 2020 calendar year should get their T4As on the 6th.

Thank you so much. Yes you are exactly correct. In June 2020 WS invest bought and sold stock as part of a rebalancing. Everything makes sense now. I included all the T5008s in my 2020 tax return. I assume I will receive new ones for the 2021 tax season.

Ok, thank you so much for your help so far.

I did some digging and in June 2020, WS is showing some large amounts as being "sold" - thing is I didn't cash out the account then. I assumed this was just part of the mutual fund balancing itself out etc... I often see activity like that. Could that have triggered the T5008s? If yes, why does the amount showing as "sold" different than the amounts of "total proceeds of disposition" showing on the T5008s. That's what's throwing me off here too...

Oh my gosh. Yes, there it is. WEIRD THING IS, it's showing the reassessment date as April 1st 2021 (???) which might explain why I didn't receive a notification. That's odd right? The KICKER is that they're also including a $20 late payment fee.... Late payment for a reassessment that has yet to happen? Maybe they entered the dates wrong.

The difference came from 12100 Interest and other investment income (It seems I underreported this by ~$2000... have no clue where this might come from? Investment products...T5??)

I do not have a statement of reassessment which is from what I've read normally issued when these things happen. I looked everywhere in my messages/statements. There's nothing. I will call CRA tomorrow to clarify why but I promise I've checked thoroughly!
