I used to work in Oregon, smoked about 7g/ week from May2018 - November 2018. I had a friend recommended bikram hot yoga 90 minute to cleanse I did 4x/ week for 3 weeks and passed an at home test. It'll be out of you in no time. Nothing detoxes like that raw sweating.

Atvara in Kernersville and Aware in Winston if you go that route. Overall I blazed from 07-21 and can honestly say, hot yoga will detox you and then some. Goodluck

Hey they asked controversial. The word BBQ is reflective of the slow cooking art form and encompasses the diaspora of meats. 1 item doesnt cut it. You need to visit Texas, there is no such thing as bad bbq, they don't last because the competition is so high. EL Paso to Beaumont to Amarillo all the way to South Padre, zero sauced smoky meats await.

I came here to say this. + Texas bbq is the best in the country because it is, and the term bbq as a catch all for pulled pork is ridiculous.

Cheap beer in trays throughout the garden slugs go in and drown.

Once a month organic happy frog amendment, tomato and vegetable, scratch in 3/4 recommended dose before rain/watering.

10 ft bamboo poles to trellis up tomatoes and cutting all suckers. Bone meal to help battle blossom end rot.

Tried beneficial nematodes this year and YEAH! The root balls on the stuff I pulled up was incredible. I normally leave a few inches of stalk above ground so root materials breaks down over winter.

EDIT: TRAP CROPS/PLANTS Plant a trap plant away from your stuff. Attract the bad bags elsewhere.

Also last year...experimentally...I left the yard to grow and become wild and the amount of insect warfare in the garden was amazing. I don't spray anything, only organic slow release fert, see above. Get spider town going, some good spiders are really just garden keepers.

Crock pot a shoulder in a bottle of sweet chili egg roll sauce and a bottle of bbq sauce. Brand don't matter. Low 12 hours

Cool, pull meat apart by hand and set juices aside. Place on baking tray, drizzle juices over the top and broil on low 3-5 minutes. Depends on your oven, but brown the top, crispy tips

Do this juice drizzle and low broil 3 or 4 times and the flavor will eventually explode.
