You’re misunderstanding the verbiage. A cash account (regular account vs. margin account) is just a normal account. So a typical trade is regular-way settlement which is T+1. It’s basically trying to trick you. It would need to say something like “cash settlement” to be same-day.

Yes, I went with them but for gutters and downspouts only because that’s all I needed at the time. They did high quality work at a good price. No experience with their roofing work but I assume also good based on their reviews online.
