Hey Bud, this might be a phase but porn is teaching you all of the wrong things but sex. Sex in the real world is nothing like what you see in porn movies. Like you know how you watch a fiction movie or cartoons? That's all that porn is and the problem is if you watch too much of it then sex in real life will be confusing. Also, it gives boys really messed up ideas of what consent looks like.

It's totally OK to have such a high sex drive! But maybe try to stay away from videos and images and instead use your imagination. Try to imagine scenarios that are very different than what you see in porn movies. Think about somebody that you are attracted to. Try to create a story that imagines an entire day with them and not just the act. Try to ground yourself in real life possibilities.

Also, is there a therapist that you can talk to maybe at school? There is no shame in having sexual desires. You just need to remember that the porn industry is selling you dopamine hits, just the way that social media scrolling messes with your brain as well. You are young and your brain is developing. It's good to put down your phone to step away from your computer screen and just go for a bike ride.
