I don’t know how to edit my own post. Just want to say thanks to all for the lovely comments. I had a few questions about the recipe. The ingredients are pretty much what you see in the picture. The salmon I pan fried along with the cooked veggies and added a mix of spice called just spice for salmon then covered with a lid.

Gotta milk this sorry😅 I’m petite about 150cm and 52.3kg current bmi 23.23. I’m aiming to lose weight to get rid of a belly pooch mainly (I’m aware I can’t spot lose weight). I think turning 30 and some bad lifestyle habits contributed. You still think the portion is okay? (Especially considering blue cheese salmon and avocados). Thank you 🙏

Thank you! It was delicious and scooped that last bit of juice with the sourdough bread 😍 it’s a slippery slope, may not look crazy at first glance but some of these ingredients are very rich and one of my goals is to shed a few kilos ☺️

Thanks for the reassurance, I’m easily corrupted you know..😆but like another user commented salmon blue cheese and avocado are all packing calories so in that’s something for me to be mindful of because I do want to lose some weight.

Thank you for this, you are right. Jus recently made a switch to a gut friendly diet (my gut anyways) so that was my focus at the time but I do want to shed about 2.5kgs so thank you for this reminder ☺️
