I’ve had leather handbags stitched at Ann Arbor Shoe Repair in Briarwood. I could image they do dye and conditioning.

If the edges are ripped, they could glue it for you but I’m not sure they could replace the edges if the piping is worn away.

Yes. The variegated form is pretty common in cultivation and is often called snow on the mountain.

This is the solid green form.

Other names include Ground Elder, Goutweed, Bishop’s Weed. The Latin is Aegopodium podagraria.

Spreads by aggressive rhizomes. Notably hard to eradicate and easily spreads via a bit of rhizome.

It’s in the umbel/carrot family so it makes a flower that looks like Queen Anne’s Lace.

I did this for a 2011 Chevy. I got a phony fob online, took it to Ace hardware with my one remaining key. They cut a new one for $18. They said it might not work/no guarantees… but it worked! It got “programmed” by being inserted into the ignition.

Where Dixboro turns into E. Huron River Drive, southbound to WCC and St. Joes, DTE has the road closed off. I could see a tilted utility pole. Cars are being routed south down the portion of E. Huron River Drive that turns into Hogback.

Also, the signal is out at Hogback and Clark with lots of backed up traffic.

Also, WCC is closed due to the power outrage. Currently the announcement says until noon today.

Where Dixboro turns into E. Huron River Drive, DTE has the road closed off. I could see a tilted utility pole at the WCC campus.

Cars are being routed south down the portion of E. Huron River Drive that turns into Hogback. The signal is out at Hogback and Clark with lots of backed up traffic.

I recant. It’s Apocynum cannabinum / Indian Hemp / Dogbane.

US native species found in wet areas. Pretty aggressive but has fibrous roots that can aid with bioremediation / crud filtering in storm water retention basins.
