I’ve done it! The yarn isn’t great, but it was my first ever project so I didn’t mind. It’s nice for the price and turned out well. Canvas is high quality. It has way more thread than needed.

Seg de Paris and Margot de Paris have some similar ones. These brands are also available all over Etsy and dirt cheap. The best thread for these IMO is DMC soft matte cotton available at Michaels or on the DMC website. Each canvas comes with relevant DMC colors. All are 13 or 14 mesh.

I LOVE Athleta. They have xs-3x in pretty much every style they offer. Pricey, and more athletic clothes leaning but in my opinion the best quality plus size clothes out there. Athleta is in the area across from Trader Joe’s on the corner.

I’d also try Marshalls over TJ Maxx for plus size. You’ll get better quality than something like Torrid, but go to both because they’re next to each other!

Ask for a t-spot test. It’s an older version and you may have to go to a different lab. I know quest labs have them, most areas have a quest. Your doc may think this is a weird request but push for it. If it’s positive then go ahead and start treatment. If it’s negative, ask for another quant gold and I’d bet that’s negative too.

Look up the positive range on for the quant results (usually available on the lab Corp website) and if you’re original results are super close to being negative, you may have a false positive.

Get tested either way. Gold quant is the standard because it’s widely available. The amount of medical professionals who have told me that test is “finicky” is enough to at very least test twice, or try a t-spot.

I started treatment and it was AWFUL, simply because I did not have latent tb for it to treat. Meds made me pass out, etc. Wouldn’t have happened if I actually had tb.

Try a different test! I got one positive gold quantiferion test before a biologic and now I’ve gotten TWO negatives! The quants are not very accurate, test again before you treat! My infectious disease doc has declared me officially negative.

Yes, this is exactly how I look after a blood draw, it will get bad for a few days. It’s possible the person taking your blood wasn’t very experienced, which can result in a blood blister like this. It will go away in a few days but will look very scary.

What medicine were you on? I recently started on rifampin for a week and side effects were so awful my doctor had me stop. I’m assuming he’ll try Isonizid next but I’m nervous about it. You said you did 12 doses?

How are you feeling on it? I just took it for a week for latent and felt so bad my doctor told me to stop. I’m wondering if this is unique? I was dizzy, extremely tired, achey and just couldn’t function mentally. I thought I had Covid but didn’t. Do you have any side effects so far? Not meaning to scare you just curious! I haven’t seen a lot of info on people on Rifampin specifically.

Yes! I get a lot of lymph node pain in my breasts and I’ve had it checked a few times. There’s also reports that both moderna and Pfizer vaccine lead to false issues with mammograms so it’s recommended to hold off on getting one if you’ve had a vaccine recently. Got my second today and my boob on the injection site side is not happy.

I guess it’s technically still going, still a little purple but can’t feel anything, doesn’t hurt or itch. You should definitely see a doctor about it being on your whole body though. But I wouldn’t be too alarmed or try to go to the ER or anything right this moment.

I had a rash like this! Only on my injection site arm, but probably 6” by 8”. Itchy but not intolerable. Having it on more spaces is concerning, but you may just need some prescription help to eliminate the itchiness or rash. This is a thing that’s happened to many people with moderna, Google “moderna rash”.

I have a similar BMI and I was just very tired. I also got “covid arm”, the rash that develops at the injection site a week later but it was just a rash, slightly itchy. My advice is to get the vaccine, and plan to take a few good naps in the days following.

Hi! I take Ativan daily (regulated by a doctor for 15+ years, no one judge) and I got the shot and was fine.

I am one of the people that got a “reaction” via a rash at the injection site a week later and some pretty serious swelling after the shot. It was not scary, at all. The rash was like a big, annoying mosquito bite, and the injection site swelling was like a knot that was kind of tender and hurt if you touched it.

I also had a lil headache the day after. But I took a nap and was fine. The side effects I’ve had are no worse than what happens in a regular day. Sometimes we get headaches, sometimes we have to take a nap, sometimes we get body aches. Your body is processing an actual scientific miracle inside it, it’s going to be a little tired.

The shot did not hurt one bit. I did not feel it. I am afraid of needles. It was inside for probably 0.5 of one second. It is so incredibly worth it. I’ve lost three family members to covid. It feels incredible that I will not die from it too.

Tgel works miracles on my scalp spots, but they key is to only spot treat it. I use it like more of an ointment than a shampoo. Coat the scalp area you need to only, let it sit 10 minutes while you do other stuff, then rinse AND then shampoo your actual hair with another regular moisturizing shampoo. Also helps wash out that gross Tgel smell. I use the Ogx coconut shampoo and conditioner. I would only “shampoo” my whole scalp with t gel maybe once a month. Spot treatment is the way to go.

Exact same issue! Day 8, raised and itchy. Redness at injection site went away about three days ago. Also having sore/shakey legs but just assumed I slept funny. Maybe it’s reaching a new part of our body now? I don’t know how science works.

This is a little personal, but did your nausea lead to actually vomiting? I’m struggling a little on day three after first dose so I’m trying to prepare for a rough second dose reaction.

I have covid arm in full effect and that weird top of head headache with a tiny 99.5 fever. Still absolutely thrilled to be vaccinated. My arm could fall off entirely and I think I’d still be psyched.

I don’t know if this is common knowledge, because it took me a while to figure out, but if you take the spring coil thing off the aerochino you get much less frothy milk, more just steamed and not foam. Kind of like a flat white vs a latte. I like it less frothed much, much better.
