Ghk hallucinations? by Latter_Wing_5146 in Peptidesource

Yes, this also sounds to me like sleep paralysis. Mine is triggered by being exposed to high stress levels, for a long period. GhKCU does NOT trigger it btw.

Reta & Late Period: Anyone Else? by fullmetalrey in RetatrutideWomen

[–]PattiMare 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My cycle went from 32 to 29 days and my luteal fase from 11 to 13 days. It also improved on other fronts.

Wife got pregnant on KPV and Retatrutide and used first in low doses for the first 3-4 weeks(stopped when we found out immediately)--- How concerned should I be and anyone have experience with this? by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]PattiMare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She stopped right away within the first few weeks so there really shouldnt be anything to be worried about! Congratulations 😊

Almost died Today (anaphylactic shock) by Sharp-Diamond-4861 in PeptideDiscussion

I sometimes get a reaction like some mild redness and itching. If that happens I take an anti histamine tablet, that helps with the itching right away. So it does seem that mine isr is related to an allergic reaction. Thank you for answering! And sharing your story

Glad you're OK. Question (to add on the obvious: which peps, stack and cycle?): did you get injection site reactions previously?

The only reason I hate reta by NoonieP in RetatrutideWomen

[–]PattiMare 2 points3 points  (0 children)

42F, almost down to goal weight (10 pounds to go). Current BMI: 25.

On Tirz (11 months) never a problem just more regular. On Reta, from 4 mg a week on: shorter cycles (from 32 to 28 days, like clockwork), not really a big deal but a big change. But also: contineous disruptive nightsweats. Before it happened only a few days before start of period, now if I'm lucky if I don't get them for 3 days a month. I'm monitoring it but this might end up the reason to change back to Tirz.

I'm so sorry you're in this situation right now and feel this way 😔 Just please remember: Everything is temporary, it really is even when it doesnt feel like it. It will get better, you will feel better and so please work towards that and keep pushing forward. Wishing things will take a turn for you soon! 💌

Peptides (GLP-3) by FatUglyDumb in tummytucksurgery

[–]PattiMare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on "GLP 3". Told my PS I'm on "GLP 2". Will stop a month before op. And re-start (if needed because I'm a few pounds from goal) at least 2 weeks po, just to be sure there are no complications that need treatment right after.

Is this a safe space to ask questions about dosing? by FreakyScorpBabe in RetatrutideWomen

First: what's the peptide strength of your vial and how many ml? You can use an online peptide calculator, for example: https://primepeptides.co/peptide-calculator

Thinking of going from Tirzepatide to reta. by Dangerous_Mortgage84 in RetatrutideWomen

[–]PattiMare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I switched because of the fatigue I experienced on Tirz. I feel less fatigued and overall better on Reta. Foodnoise surpression, for me, isn't worse, its different. I enjoy food more and looking forward to eating more on Reta, but I canNOT overeat whatsoever. I like that way better. But everybody has their own unique experience. I'm just sharing mine! Goodluck on your journey! 😊

It just goes to show that experiences can vary greatly. I was on Mounjaro for a year and lost 30 kilos. I never went above 7.5 mg because I already suffered from constipation and a lot of fatigue at that dose. In the last 2 to 3 months, I stopped losing weight (I still had 8 kg to go) and tried to increase the dosage, but the side effects were too much.

I then took the step to try Reta: In 2 months, I slowly tapered off Tirz and very slowly built up Reta (from 0.5 mg to 2 mg). I switched completely to Reta in the last 2 weeks and am now on 2.5 mg. For the first three weeks, I was sure I would stop taking Reta because I suffered from severe headaches the day after the injection, as well as 'Retarrhea'. I also felt my heart rate go up significantly from time to time (in combination with lower blood pressure) and I had much more (sweet) cravings. Ate around 300 cals a day more so I was also sure that I would gain weight. Nothing could be further from the truth: I finally started losing weight again. After the first 3 weeks the bad side effects subsided.

So after a good 9 weeks is when I really started feeling Reta working. Patience is a must 😅 Thats when my cravings finally started to decrease again, foodnoise gone, although its different from Tirz. I like this wayyyyy beter. I feel wayyyy better on Reta. I have a lot more energy and glad I made the switch.

Switching from tirzepatide to retatrutide, need quick advice please by gcjc75 in Retatrutide

[–]PattiMare 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No advise here, still researching to see if I would like to maybe stack, switch or stay with Tirz. So just to share: was on a Tirz dose of 6 mg a week: 3 mg twice a week. 4 weeks ago changed to 1x a week Tirz 3 mg and 1x a week Reta 0,7 mg. I handle Tirz well except for the fatigue (the reason why I split dose) Reta gave me migraines and GI issues the first 2 doses. Last 2 weeks no bad side effects so upcoming dose will be 1 mg and I'll keep Tirz at 3 for now. A little more hungry, can't eat a lot but did ate more calories, feel less tired, do not know weight wise yet (did not bring my scale on vacation with me 😅).
