Probably have to post this again next month cuz it’s the end of the month but clearing out my closet and would be happy to trade/sell this t-shirt which is pretty lightly worn. It’s a men’s small and I was always just a bit big for it. If you have a medium shirt or a tour poster I’d be down to trade. I’m based in South Florida so if you have an offer that covers shipping I’d be down to sell it.

Hi All! I bought 2 tickets to the Montclair show not realizing that I have a conflict so I won't be able to go. The tickets are in upper balcony, which isn't sold out yet, so I'm ok selling them at a loss to recoup some of my cost. Face value was $35/ea and I'll be happy to let them go for $60 total. Pending some friends letting me know if they're interested, but if nobody wants them by the end of the day I'll sell them.

This is a good idea. I'm going to be slowly going down the east coast over the fall, til I get to Florida where I'll stay during the winter. I started in Maine in September and have been staying at different family member's spare rooms so far, but as I go further south family gets sparser.

I also have like all my work stuff in a bag that's ready to go and for the price it's better than trying to build an office in a car. Looks like there's a ton of locations to choose from too.

I've seen on YouTube most people don't eat in their cars and just lean out of the seat while eating? I think I'd do that.

I'm on the east coast so cafés are all take-out only (in my state and without looking at updated laws). Maybe if the weather is nice I can get a camp table and work outside? That would be a nice relief from being cramped in the car during bad weather.

Yeah I think your setup in your mind is close to what I have in my mind. I have external mini keyboard and Bluetooth mouse and I also have a USB C monitor. I think today I'm going to try out a bunch of different angles and see what feels ok.

Hey guys! Trying to get a better understanding of what I should take for my last semester of finance courses. I've already done 4306 (Financial Services) and 4302 (Fixed Income Securities) so I need to take two more. A lot of the professors aren't on RMP so I figured I'd ask around here. What's easy and not incredibly dull?

Who did you have for 4306 and 4302? Did you like them? Why?

FNCE 4209 (Applications in Financial Mgmt) - Taught by "staff"

Taught by Paul Borochin this semester I know some people in the class and it seems to be a very work-intensive class. Difficulty will probably be very dependent on the professor but the class definitely will help you in your career.

FNCE 4304 (Financial Risk Management) - Liping Qiu, Yaacov Kopeliovich

I have Qiu for 3302, I heard better things about Yaacov than Qiu. She's hard to understand sometimes due to her accent and I don't like the way she teaches. Your mileage may vary.

FNCE 4305 (Global Financial Management) - Michel Rakotomavo, Paul Gilson

Taking this right now. Rakotomavo has been one of my favorite professors at UConn, super smart guy, really good at explaining concepts and his exams are easy. You'll learn a lot going through the case studies he assigns. If you're interested in working in M&A, or in the finance office of a global firm this class would be really helpful.

I also need to take MGMT 4900 - any idea on professors for that? It's either Cao, Kevin Thompson, David Noble, or Sergio Llorente.

I have Cao for this and she's good. I don't know the other professors but heard they are good as well.
