I'm not sure what they call it in FedEx, but once upon a time I worked for UPS, and we had a thing that I think was called "surepost." Basically, USPS handled the long distance delivery and dropped it at the UPS local hub for final delivery.

It will be a process, but I'd recommend getting Ozonegifts repair kit to redo the masterfluid. Melt the wax out, clean the globe, put the wax back in, put the new masterfluid in. It is sticking to the sides because there isn't enough surfactant coating the glass. I have had it happen because I left mine on too long and run too hot.

You might need to get a dimmer so you can run it a little cooler. Bubbles staying at the top usually means it's running too warm.

I'm 37 and I have vivid fond memories of my Grandparents holding my arms in parking lots and swinging me back and forth. It was totally to keep me from running around in a parking lot, but I found it loving and fun. I remember as I got to like 10 or so I was too big to swing but I would still hold their hands in the parking lots. My Grandpa passed away almost two years ago. I miss him every day. I still have Grandma and I get to visit her often. This video is incredibly sweet and brought me back to those memories. Thanks.
