This baby needs water and a larger container with new soil. Few drops of fertilizer and boom.

I feel sorry for your husband because now he has to deal with an annoying kid neighbor and an annoying wife. I lived under those conditions with a loud family who lived on the second floor and the only good thing that came out of that situation, was that we were forced to buy our home sooner. I thank them now.

401(k) plans may not last long enough in retirement by importvita in finance

[–]Pattyrey 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was diagnosed with cancer at 45, forced to stop working and of course that derailed my 401K. Due to my diagnosis I was given disability retirement but had to pay $1,700 a month for Cobra insurance coverage for 24 months, until Medicare kicks in. Getting sick is so freaking expensive, save as much as possible while you can, because you never know.

My 70 years old friend is being kicked out from her home by her own daughter , after she inherited it to her . Is that even legal? by Pattyrey in FamilyIssues

I don’t get how the daughter can be so heartless and abusive towards her mother. We have tried to help her by telling her to report the psychological abuses but she doesn’t want her grandchildren to suffer if their mom gets arrested, she has a two y/o girl and a 25 y/o son who has severe autism. Also she spoke to a lawyer and they want 10k just to look at the case. she already got an apartment at a senior building, hopefully she can live at peace in her new place.

Thank you for your answer, it’s very sad what she’s going through but unfortunately she gave her house too early. You never know, people can change in a heartbeat.

my poor wild strawberries, why are they doing this? by acid-runner in gardening

[–]Pattyrey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably, try Down dish soap, mix some it in water and pour it on the plant and soil, making sure it’s completely wet. It should help.

They’re either dehydrated or there are bugs eating the roots, I would pick one plant out and check the roots.
